Activity

We in University of Tartu are working on topics: wastewater treatment (nitrogen and phosphorus removal and valorizing), anaerobic ammonium oxidation process and denitrifying phosphorus removal bacteria for ammonium, phosphorus removal from municipal and sidestream wastewater, microbial fuel cell technology (anammox biocathode), fungal nutrients and metals valorizing. Recent studies have guided us to recover metals from raw anaerobic sludge, published 100 papers, h-index 38, contact: a31168@ut.ee
