Hello,Zemgale Planning Region (ZPR) is an institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of the Republic of Latvia in the status of a derived public entity. The task of ZPR is to plan and coordinate the development of the region within the scope of their competence. ZPR has developed and implemented projects funded by the EU and other sources and has extensive experience in the project management. The projects that are implemented or still are in the process of implementation cover many different areas – education, tourism, entrepreneurship, social care and services, environmental protection, transport, etc. As well ZPR staff have sufficient experience in coordination of, municipalities and NGO`s that will help in coordination of experience exchange and training activities, and organisation of activities for target groups and communication of project results. We would be happy to join the project idea as a possible project partner.
