active 4 months, 1 week agoWe would like to enhance the understanding of AI’s opportunities and limitations in digital public services, develop and implement training programs for public sector employees, and identify key areas where AI can effectively improve services for citizens.
Cross-Border Challenge:
Public organizations in the Central Baltic region face similar challenges in integrating AI and automation into their services. A general lack of knowledge about AI’s potential and limitations hinders effective implementation. Additionally, the varying levels of AI competence across organizations lead to inconsistent service quality for citizens.
Why Cross-Border Cooperation?
Collaboration across borders allows public organizations to share experiences, resources, and best practices in AI and automation. This cooperation fosters a more unified understanding and implementation of AI technologies, leading to improved and more consistent public services across the region. Joint training initiatives and knowledge exchange will also help raise the overall skill level and reduce competence gaps among organizations.
