BIM Implementation in Public Authorities

The project aims to improve the capacity of public authorities to implement Building Information Modelling (BIM) in construction-related processes. Currently, many municipalities and state institutions in the Central Baltic region lack the knowledge, tools and expertise to meet BIM requirements. The project will deliver cross-border training programmes, seminars and practical workshops targeting public sector employees. It will also support the development of digital tools and guidelines for BIM-based public procurement. By strengthening institutional competence, the project helps modernise public services in the construction sector.
