Central Baltic Future: Branding & Growth (GROWTH)
active 2 months, 1 week agoYoung small and medium-sized enterprises in the Central Baltic region – especially outside large cities – face challenges such as low brand awareness, limited resources for its development, insufficient digital marketing skills, and lack of other knowledge necessary for export preparation. These barriers limit growth opportunities, investment attraction, and export capacity. At the same time, the CB region has high potential for new, creative, and sustainable brands in sectors such as food, design, digital services, and others.
This project directly corresponds to the Central Baltic programme’s goal of promoting the development of new, growing companies (scaled-up growth) by providing them with knowledge, tools, and collaboration platforms for international growth.
Within the project, a structured brand assessment (Brand Health Check), practical training, long-term mentoring, and international visibility for regional brands are planned, as well as joint events and cross-border collaboration between companies and experts from various Central Baltic countries.
After the project ends, companies will be able to use the personalized brand and digital marketing development plans for further growth and international activities. The skills, contacts, collaborations, and mentor support gained during the project will form the basis for long-term capacity strengthening and export development. The developed tools and materials will also be publicly available after the project, ensuring a wider impact in the region
Target Group:
New companies with scaling-up challenges and ambitions in the Central Baltic region, with development and growth potential, that require support in brand, marketing, and export capacity development.
