active 4 months, 1 week agoProject will empower smart cities and municipalities across Central Baltic region with know-how, best practices and smart tools for better citizens engagment. Effective public participation is essential for building citizens-friendly, sustainable, and community-focused smart cities. AI opens new opportunities for municipalities to enhance citizen participation through more personalized, efficient, and inclusive engagement tools. The project will provide methodological, organizational, and technological support for participatory budgeting campaigns, open idea calls, citizen feedback collection and real-time analytics, and the gamification of civic participation. Each partner will have the opportunity to plan, implement, and evaluate at least one concrete citizen engagement campaign, supported by expert guidance, the most advanced AI-powered digital solutions, and best practices from other cities. Insights gained will be exchanged between partners and disseminated to other municipalities in the Central Baltic Region through open workshops, enabling wider adoption and greater impact of the project. The project is open to collaboration with academic institutions to enhance its actions with research-driven approaches and evaluation
