This system can be designed to provide unified management for resolving various events and issues, ensuring an effective process by creating a centralized database and tool that allows an unlimited number of users and institutions to collaborate, while controlling access to events as necessary. The system could enable the prompt retrieval of information regarding the status of event processing.
In developing and implementing this system, we aim to draw on cross-border experience and adopt best practices to provide a modern and effective solution for managing day-to-day operational matters. The system’s scope also supports a range of additional objectives aimed at enhancing public services and processes, such as:
• Raising awareness and fostering better understanding of event management and public service processes;
• Providing trainings and promoting networking opportunities to enhance collaboration between different stakeholders;
• Conducting feasibility studies, including research and assessments, to ensure the effective planning and design of services;
