Competence uptake of immigrants by training and digital tools
active 1 day, 1 hour agoImmigrants have a wealth of competencies and experiences. In many cases, they may have joined a partner who arrived in one of the Baltic countries and do not have a job because they lack a personal network. At the same time, companies and industries need competent and skilled professionals.
Most likely, the knowledge and expertise of immigrants need adjustment and additional knowledge to fit within the Baltic context. That is where training becomes a facilitator. Through digital tools and online platforms, we can reach many more people.
In this project idea, we aim to create an exchange of experience and learning as a result of the joint implementation of pilot cases. This is the idea, and it will be further developed in discussions with project idea members.
