active 4 months agoThe construction and demolition (C&D industry is recognized as the second least industry in adopting the ICT and other advanced technologies and systems across the construction value chain, but it produces 1/3 of the total waste. Integration of established and embryonic digital technologies such as Laser and IR-scanning, Drone imaging, BIM, City modelling and 3D area plans, XR, Big data, GIS, GPS and RFID technologies in construction and demolition waste management (CDWM) are knowledge and practice areas, what we must work for in the CB area.
