Increasing the competitiveness of young people entering the labor market
active 1 month, 4 weeks agoThe project focus on the development of practical and life skills of young people ( 15-19) , which would help them to be competitive in the labor market after graduation.Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab: An environment is created for students to develop their business plans, create prototypes and test their ideas. Cooperation with the local business world gives them valuable experience.Green energy and sustainable solutions: The project focuses on renewable energy, offering training and practical educational programs on, for example, the use of solar energy. Students gain knowledge of green technologies, which are highly valued in today’s job market.
Future Skills Development Programme: This involves teaching digital and analytical skills (eg data analysis, programming) which are increasingly important in the labor market. The program also includes the development of leadership and cooperation skills.Career workshops and internships: Job shadowing programs and internships in local businesses are organized where students can gain practical skills and experience in real work situations.These activities contribute to increasing students’ competitiveness on the labor market and meet the program’s goal of increasing the number of people who are ready to successfully participate in the labor market.
