active 1 month, 4 weeks agoWe are looking for international partners to co-develop and pilot a modular coaching programme for young people (under 25) who need additional support in finding their path into working life. The programme introduces various forms of work and entrepreneurship, including light entrepreneurship, cooperatives, platform-based earning models, and social enterprises.
The aim is to help participants strengthen their work-life skills, identify their personal strengths, build self-confidence and understand different earning logics. The programme will combine guidance, peer group learning, hands-on assignments and international exchange.
The coaching model will be piloted in VET institutions and embedded into their educational offering, ensuring durability beyond the project. We are looking for partners (VET providers or youth organisations) from Estonia, Latvia or Sweden who are interested in entrepreneurship education, youth empowerment and cross-border co-creation. Coordinator: Esedu (South Savo Vocational College, Finland).
