Silver Strategies continuation project
active 8 months, 3 weeks agoSilver Strategies project (https://centralbaltic.eu/project/silver-strategies/) focused on 55+ workforce and making sure the people in the target group have equal opportunities in the market. It also tackled companies and 36 different companies had an opportunity to come up with their own pilot projects to tackle the age group within their organizations.
Based on the lessons learnt from this project, we’re setting up the continuation project where the focus is on 65+ work force.
Why this age group? 1. Many countries are increasing the pension age of the companies, meaning people don’t have other option but to keep on working. 2. At the same time companies struggle to find a good fit of different generations at the work force hence on how to make the gen x,y,z and alpha to work great together.
The project would tackle employability and workability of 65+ work force and also educate the company representatives. But not only- pilot projects will take place in companies to test&try out different methods to tackle the challenges.
