This project aims to support young immigrants (aged 18-29) in building sustainable and meaningful career paths in Finland and Estonia, Sweden or Latvia by combining personalized career coaching with real-world organization assignments offered by local and international SMEs. The initiative not only empowers youth with practical experience and international exposure but also provides SMEs with access to diverse, globally-minded talent.
