Project Summary:
The Cross-Border Initiative for Inclusive Employment seeks to bridge the gap between the untapped talent pool of individuals with disabilities and the growing demand for diverse skills in the Central Baltic labour market. This project will develop a comprehensive ecosystem that supports employers in understanding and integrating employees with disabilities and equips such individuals with the skills and confidence necessary for employment. Through cross-border collaboration, the initiative will create a replicable model of inclusivity that benefits businesses, individuals, and communities alike.

Background and Challenge:
Despite advancements in workplace inclusivity, individuals with disabilities remain underrepresented in the labour market.
