active 5 months agoInclusive classrooms – Enhancing teacher awareness and digital tools for neuropsychiatric functional impairments (NPF):
The main result of the project is to strengthen teacher capacity to deliver inclusive education for students with neuropsychiatric functional impairments (NPF). This will be measured by a 30 % increase in teachers demonstrating improved competencies and inclusive practices, based on a pre-project survey. As a key output, teachers will be trained and equipped with a comprehensive digital toolkit and
resources.
The result will be achieved through one work package covering development, piloting and implementation of a cross-border training programme. Activities include co-design of the curriculum and materials, baseline analysis, pilot delivery in schools, cross-border workshops and mentoring, and integration of the final training package.
Deliverables will include the training curriculum, digital toolkit, survey and evaluation reports, workshop and mentoring materials, dissemination resources, policy recommendations, and the final project report. By this approach, the project will improve public education services and help teachers effectively include NPF students in their classrooms.
