”Silver Skills: Empowering Seniors for the Modern Labour Market”
active 1 week, 6 days agoThis project idea focuses on Objective 6: Improved Employment Opportunities on the Labour Market, with a specific focus on supporting seniors (50+) in extending their working lives, re-entering the labour market, or transitioning into new roles.
We aim to develop innovative, cross-border approaches that address the needs of seniors through skills upgrading, digital literacy, mentoring programs, age-friendly workplace models, and intergenerational collaboration.
We are actively looking for partners who are interested in supporting seniors in employment, such as NGOs, public authorities, training institutions, labour market agencies, or social enterprises.
If you’re working on solutions that help older adults remain active in the workforce or improve their employability, we invite you to join this initiative and co-develop meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
