The overall objective is to develop and pilot a digital leadership training service for municipal staff, enhancing their capacity to lead resilient digital transformation in public
services across the Central Baltic region.
The project will result in one jointly developed and tested digital leadership training service, including modular learning content and a delivery framework. The service will be scalable, adaptable, and resilient for future use.
